Fans have been trying to figure out the whereabouts of Nicki Minaj ever since the superstar has been missing from social media as of Dec. 30, 2017.
And according to TMZ, the Queens rapper hasn't disappeared for concerning reasons, as she is reportedly focusing on her new album.
Sources told the outlet that Minaj decided to take a break from social media while welcoming the new year in order to put all of her focus into creating music for her anticipated next album.
Being that she's put herself in a much more creative space without the distractions of social networks, the outlet says that she will be taking a break until the project is complete.
The "No Frauds" entertainer is said to be working with major acts for the album, including her Young Money label head, Lil Wayne, as well as Mack Maine and more.
We're not sure what's in store for the project, but Nicki has been teasing it for fans for over a year now.
