Ohhh I like this new proposed rule from the Biden Administration, they want airlines to compensate passengers and cover meal and hotel room costs when they cancel or delay flights!
This is something that a lot of people have had to deal with at one time or another, your flight gets cancelled or delayed and you're just sitting there. However, if you have to cancel a flight, or you're late to your flight, you lose your money! At the moment no airlines provide cash compensation for preventable cancellations or delays.
"This rule would, for the first time in US history, propose to require airlines to compensate passengers and cover expenses such as meals, hotels, and rebooking in cases where the airline has caused a cancellation or significant delay."
Where do I vote?! Because this would be AMAZING!!!
