Scarface is reportedly dealing with some unidentified health issues.

The Houston native, born Brad Jordan, sparked concern from the Hip-Hop community and fans alike on Saturday, August 24, when he posted a photo of himself in the Intensive Care Unit at one of Houston Methodist Hospital's locations. In the photo, you can see the Geto Boys rapper with a breathing tube as a nurse attaches more wires to his torso. He didn't provide a reason why he went to the hospital. However, he did express how he was feeling at the time.

“Ouch… 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Grateful," he wrote.

The comment section of Scarface's post was filled with well-wishes from fellow artists like Travis Scott, Krayzie Bone, Jadakiss, E-40, Busta Rhymes, Twista and more. "We love you unc," Scott wrote. "Praying for a speedy recovery family. I love you," E-40 commented.

Scarface has faced several health issues in the past. Four years ago, the veteran MC revealed he was dealing with kidney failure and battling COVID-19. A few months later, Scarface took to Twitter, now known as X, and asked his followers if potential volunteers could give him a kidney. Nearly a year after he made the request online, Scarface's son Christopher Jordan offered to donate his kidney. The two underwent surgery in September 2021.

“My son saved my life and I can’t say enough about him,” Scarface said during an Instagram Live session after the surgrey. “That boy saved my life man. And I love him so much. But I always said that s**t though. He’s the best son a guy could have. Chris, you ain’t s**t [laughs]. Don’t make me laugh, Chris. C’mon dawg.”

As of this report, there's no word on Scarface's condition. iHeartRadio prays he gets better soon!
