This girl is savage!! WOW!! She also must have some tiny hands to slip out of those cuffs. So apparently the girl was arrested because of suspicion of shoplifting. After the chase she was charged with "serious bodily injury/threat of a deadly weapon, aggravated assault against a public servant, possession of a controlled substance, evading arrest with a vehicle with a previous conviction and unauthorized use of a vehicle."
