While the rest of the world was trying to decode Taylor Swift's new music video and song, I was listening to some good hip hop courtesy of The Wu-Tang Clan. Without any heads up or clues, the Wu blessed us with a surprise track titled "People Say," produced by DJ Mathematics and even a guest verse from Redman. Let me tell you its like they never left.
Speculations immediately started circulating about a potential new album in the works. Turns out, it was more than just rumors. Get ready for October 13th, the Wu-Tang Clan has confirmed that it will be back with some gems, dropping "Wu-Tang Clan: The Saga Continues." This will be their first drop since 2014, "A Better Tomorrow." Here's what you can anticipate, “For years, Math has had the idea of putting together a body of music using modern and legendary equipment such as ASR10 with vocal performances by Wu-Tang Clan members and other prominent MCs," RZA said of the project. "With The Saga Continues he’s created a masterpiece. We at 36 Chambers ALC are honored to work with Mathematics and Wu-Tang Clan to put out a great piece of art.” Are you ready?
