Yesterday Chris Pratt and his wife of 8 years are legally separating. I know I shouldn't care and I don't know them so it shouldn't make me sad, but I loved them as a couple together. Whenever they did interviews together they were so funny!
Chris' career has really taken off the last few years with the success of "Guardians of the Galaxy" and "Jurassic World." Being in both of those movies keeps Chris not only very busy but it takes time away from his family. Not to say it's his fault, but it also makes it harder.
Sadly there were rumors that Chris had cheated on Anna back in 2015, but the couple denied the rumors. Anna even talked about about the rumors in an interview...
“I just remember feeling so hurt in a way that bothered me.” She then went on to say “I take pride in how great my relationship is with Chris, but having said that, of course, in this crazy world where he’s off doing movies and I’m in L.A. raising our child, of course I’m going to feel vulnerable, like any normal human would,” And even though she knew the rumors weren't true, it still messed with her mind! “It made me feel incredibly insecure.”
I'm just hoping that because it's a separation and not a divorce that maybe after some time they can try again! But either way I hope them the best!
