Growing up on the East Side of Long Beach comes with much pride. It's a feeling that I can't fully put into words but I can say, that its a sentiment that comes from overcoming a lot of adversities in the LBC. There was an amazing sensation rolling through Long Beach, hearing the soulful voice and beats of our very own Nate Dogg being bumped. Hell the whole 213 crew! You think of them as the ones that made it out of your city despite all odds. Personally they gave me hope that I could do the same. Nate Dogg was not very special to Long Beach but also, an iconic staple in West Coast hip hop. As everyone knows and he said himself, nobody does it better! On this 6th year of his death anniversary, I want to share some of my favorite Nate Dogg hits. [WATCH above & below] I know you up there resting in paradise G, down here, you continue to live on in our hearts through your everlasting sounds.
