When XXL's dropped their Freshman Class of 2018, I wasn't sure how I felt. But one person I definitely vouched for was J.I.D.
A quick background on him...he's signed to J. Cole's label, better known as Dreamville.
Now that I have your undivided attention, J.I.D. is someone special and someone to really keep your eyes and ears out for. In his music, his flow is insane and his witty lyrics make his music so entertaining to listen to. That's why I also LOVE this freestyle.
I was looking forward to his freestyle and he DID NOT disappoint. He brought that flow with his bars.
All I'm saying is that J.I.D. is so talented and has so much potential. I'm excited to see what else is coming up.
