Yung Miami is defending her parenting choices once again after haters called out the rapper for bringing her daughter and nephew onstage during her latest performance.
After her set at Fall Fest on Saturday, September 5, videos of the former City Girl bringing her daughter, Summer Miami, and nephew, Rylo, out to the middle of the stage to toss cash and dance to her hit "Spend Dat" sparked debates in comment sections throughout social media. In The Shade Room's post about the moment, some people preached about parental boundaries and lost values, but Caresha wasn't having none of that.
"I use to do the cry baby and splits in dance contests when I was a lil girl oh yeah and the doodoo brown!" she replied. "Yall go cook!"
During her performance, Yung Miami performed several hits, including "Tea Time" and City Girls' "Take Yo Man." She closed out with a glorified rendition of "Spend Dat," in which she and her dancers picked up multicolored Goyard bags and tossed out wads of cash. Summer and Rylo walked out on stage while they were throwing the crispy bills and stayed to do their own version of the "Spend Dat" dance. At the end, Caresha even shouted out the people who love their kids.
This isn't the first time Yung Miami has been under fire for the way she parents her children. Back in 2023, the Miami native was called out after she let her young son, Jai, throw money at Lil Uzi Vert's dancers backstage during their set.
"That's why I don't post my kids, y'all bitches can talk a sore in y'all mouth about me but I'll never give y'all the chance to have an opinion about my kids!" she wrote at the time.
