Grand Slam and defending Masters champion Rory McIlroy revealed his menu for the Masters Club champions dinner ahead of this year's tournament.

McIlroy, 36, said his menu took inspiration from his native Northern Ireland, the local Georgia region and his favorite restaurant, Le Bernardin, in New York in a detailed explanation of the menu shared by the PGA TOUR. The menu has 12 items including Peach & Ricotta Flatbread, Rock Shrimp Tempura, Bacon-Wrapped Dates and Grilled Elk Sliders as appetizers; Yellowfin Tuna Carpaccio as a first course; an option of Wagyu Filet Mignon or Seared Salmon as the main course and Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert, as well as access to Augusta National Golf Course's wine cellar.

"My favorite part of the menu is you obviously get access to the wonderful wine cellar at Augusta National," McIlroy said. "We're starting off with a 2015 Salon Brut champagne. And then followed by a 2022. Domaine Leflaive Batard Montrachet. It's the first-ever white wine that I actually liked ... And then for the red wine we're receiving a 1990 Chateau Lafite Rothschild from Pauillac in Bordeaux. That is the wine that I drank the night that I won the Masters, so obviously brings back some great memories. Shane Lowry had a little bit to do with getting that wine, so I want to shout him out for that, too ... To finish off, we're going with a 1989 Chateau D'Yquem dessert wine from Sauternes in Bordeaux, as well. Obviously '89, my birth year, and I think every great meal deserved to be finished off with Chateau D'Yquem. It is like liquid gold. I wanted to be really intentional with the wines. It's something that I'm really into and passionate about and started to collect wine, probably over the past decade."

McIlroy ended a 10-year major drought with his 2025 Masters Tournament victory, making him the sixth player to achieve a career Grand Slam joining Gene Sarazen (1935), Ben Hogan (1953), Gary Player (1965) and Jack Nicklaus (1966) and Tiger Woods (2000). The Masters' champions dinner invites all past winners to Augusta National earlier in the week of the iconic golf tournament and will take place on April 7.
