A$AP Rocky finally shared an update on his upcoming album, but some fans might not like it.

The father of three recently appeared in a vlog from Maurice Kamara’s The People Gallery following his big night at the 2025 CFDA Fashion Awards. In the clip, you can see Rocky at a subway station in New York City with his Fashion Icon Award in hand as he talks about his long-awaited follow-up to his 2018 LP Testing.

"Don't Be Dumb... never dropping," Rocky jokes into the camera before bursting into laughter. “They gon’ kill us for that one."

A$AP Rocky's fourth studio album has been in the works for some time. He originally planned to release it last summer and shared the album's latest single, "Highjack," featuring Jessica Pratt. He even dropped the music video for "Tailor Swif," which received a Grammy nomination for Best Music Video. However, he decided to push the album back last-minute and hasn't revealed a release date since then.

“The album's done,” he told Billboard earlier this year. “I just want to drop it. I don't want to keep saying what I'm going to do and I want to give people what I've been promising them for a long-ass f**king time.”

“I'm in the mixing and mastering realm of it, but I think quite frankly, people are tired of hearing about updates about the album,” he added. “They’re just ready to get this s**t, you know what I'm saying? I don't think anybody wants to hear where I'm at with it, how far is it along and all that. They just want to hear some s**t just to see where I'm at, and I promise I got some new s**t in store. I'm challenging myself. It's like anything, I approach it with a different tactic, degree, or finesse.”

In the meantime, Rocky has accomplished a lot in the past year, from welcoming his third child with girlfriend Rihanna to serving as Creative Director for Ray-Ban. Hopefully, the next update on his album will include a release date. Watch the entire vlog below.
