Sean "Diddy" Combs is reportedly telling his fellow inmates that President Donald Trump plans to commute his sentence soon.

According to a report TMZ published on Tuesday, November 4, the imprisoned mogul is convinced that the POTUS will hook him up with a presidential pardon in early 2026. Sources told the outlet that Combs is boasting about the alleged pardon to inmates at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey. He also told them that he will "take care of them" after he gets out of prison. Combs has been pushing for a presidential pardon since he was convicted of violating the Mann Act in July.

President Trump reportedly considered pardoning Combs last month after the Bad Boy Records founder was sentenced to four years in prison. A high-ranking White House official allegedly told TMZ that Trump pondered over the decision, despite opposition from fellow White House staffers. The POTUS has pardoned a few rap artists during his time in the White House, including Kodak Black, Lil Wayne and, most recently, YoungBoy Never Broke Again.

Combs was sentenced to serve 50 months in prison and five years of supervised release. He received time served for the year he spent behind bars ahead of his trial over the summer. He must also pay a $500,000 fine. He reported to FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey to begin his sentence last week.

The White House Communications Office denied reports about Trump's pardon for Diddy. Nonetheless, the beleaguered hitmaker is betting on a pardon to come his way in the New Year.
