Blueface is offering a sincere apology to the man he shot in Las Vegas in 2023.

On Monday night, November 3, the California rapper appeared on DDG's livestream at a studio less than 24 hours after he was released from prison. During their conversation, Blueface reflected on the 14 months he spent behind bars and said he regretted the incident that got him locked up in the first place.

"I could have just had my ass in the house. I didn't have to go to the club that night, put my hands on that man, shoot him," Blueface said. "I didn't have to shoot that man, [I could have] been at home."

"I'm sorry, brother," Blueface continued as he looked directly into the camera. "I didn't mean to shoot you, bro. If you seeing this, forgive me, man. This is true apology."

The shooting happened outside of the Euphoric Gentleman's Club in Sin City. The victim, Kentavious Traylor, was injured on his left hand after he was grazed by one of the bullets. Traylor also claimed that the shooting ruined his life and prevented him from finding work. Blueface was originally charged with attempted murder, but he pleaded guilty to lesser charges of battery and discharging a firearm at or into an occupied structure. He was sentenced to up to three years' probation after he took a plea deal in the criminal case. He was also ordered to pay $13 million in damages to the venue.

Blueface was arrested in January for violating the terms of his probation. A judge ruled that the "Thotiana" rapper violated his probation after he was reportedly caught with drug paraphernalia.
