The years-long wait for Cardi B's sophomore album is finally over.
On Friday, September 19, the Bronx native dropped her second studio LP, Am I The Drama? via Atlantic Records. The album holds 23 tracks, including "Principal" with Janet Jackson, "Better Than You" featuring Cash Cobain, and more. The Grammy Award-winning rapper also links up with Lizzo, Lourdiz, and Summer Walker, who appears on two tracks, "Dead" and "Shower Tears." Her previous collaborators, like Megan Thee Stallion, and Selena Gomez, also reunite with Bardi on the project. To celebrate the album's release, Cardi B delivered the music video for "Safe" featuring Kehlani.
Cardi B's fans have been waiting on her second LP for years, but she made up for it with an iconic rollout. Not only did she have an incredible press run, but she also hit the streets to push her album the old-fashioned way. She posted videos of herself selling physical copies of the album from the trunk of her car, and on a street-side pop-up in New York City. She also announced the dates for her first-ever headlining tour, which begins in February 2026.
A few hits from Cardi B's sophomore album appear on iHeartRadio's Rap Rising playlist. In addition to Bardi's joints, you can also hear new music from B.G., Lefty Gunplay, Joell Ortiz, and more.
