Lil Nas X Enters Rehab After Being Arrested For Nude Incident

Lil Nas X plans to get the help he needs after he was arrested over his nude stunt in Los Angeles.

Attorneys for the "Industry Baby" rapper appeared in court on Monday, September 15, while the judge updated the conditions of his bail. According to TMZ, Lil Nas X, born Montero Hill, will be allowed to go out of state for treatment at an undisclosed location. The 28-year-old artist's lawyer, Drew Findling, told the court that Hill's team and family are adamant about helping him get through this difficult situation. He also ensured that Hill would make a swift recovery.

Hill was arrested last month after he paraded down an empty street in Ventura at around 4 a.m. wearing only underwear and cowboy boots. Police approached him after they received several calls from witnesses, who claimed a naked man was roaming the streets. Hill allegedly dropped his undies and lunged at the officers hard enough to injure at least three of them.

Hill was charged with four felony charges, including battery with injury on a police officer and resisting an executive officer. The officers who responded to the incident suffered numerous injuries. One of the cops suffered an injury to their head and another suffered a back sprain. Another cop said the artist hurt his hand. After he was evaluated at a hospital, the "Old Town Road" artist was transferred to a jail in Van Nuys and spent the weekend behind bars.

Hill pleaded not guilty to the charges. Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan Hochman confirmed that Lil Nas X faces up to five years in prison if convicted of the charges. After he was released on a $75,000 bond, Lil Nas X shared a statement in a video he posted to his Instagram Story.

"Your girl is going to be ok y'all," the 26-year-old said into the camera. "It's gonna be alright. It's gonna be alright... S**t. That was f**king terrifying! That was a terrifying four days, but your girl is going to be alright."

Following his release from jail, Lil Nas X's father said his son feels remorseful about the situation, and he'll receive the help he needs.
