Young Thug Confirms Release Date For Anticipated Album 'Uy Scuti'

Young Thug's long-awaited album finally has a release date.

The Atlanta rapper recently shared that his fourth studio album, Uy Scuti, will arrive this Friday, September 19. Thug confirmed the drop date at the very end of his latest music video for "Man I Miss My Dawgs." The 7-minute music video debuted on Friday after the 34-year-old artist shared a lengthy apology to his girlfriend, Mariah The Scientist, as well as his frequent collaborators Drake, Lil Baby, and Gucci Mane. In the music video, Thug included never-before-seen footage with the aforementioned artists and made a plea for forgiveness.

Young Thug has been promoting the follow-up to Business Is Business for the past few months. It'll be his first album since he was released from jail in October. After confirming the release date in the spring, Thug fueled the hype with his single "Money On Money" featuring Future.

Thugger announced his album will drop on the same day as Cardi B's long-overdue sophomore album, Am I The Drama? and YFN Lucci's first project following his prison bid, Already Legend. Thug and Lucci previously had issues stemming back to 2017. Even though both artists announced their album release dates before Thug, the YSL co-founder made it clear that he has no issues with Lucci during his recent interview with Big Bank.

"Ain't no temperature with him, man," Thug said. "Bruh, I pray that ni**a get everything he deserve. Everything. I told that ni**a even in the midst of our beef. I told that ni**a, Bruh... I was speaking really from the heart. 'I respect everything you do for your mama and your kids. I respect all that... If not, I would have been did something to your ass.'"

Look out for Young Thug's Uy Scuti album dropping on September 19.
