Rap fans everywhere have shared their thoughts on Drake's new songs, including his foe, Rick Ross.
Drizzy made headlines around the world after he premiered several fresh tracks in his livestream from Italy last night. While fans were hype to hear what to expect from Drake's upcoming album ICEMAN, some fans and influencers, like Kai Cenat, weren't impressed by what they heard. The popular streamer went live and told his subscribers that the songs were "ass." Cenat's review caught Rozay's attention, and he agreed.
"Damn Champagne Papi, they say them songs that you just streamed off your new album 'White Man', say that s**t ain't dope. The comments crazy," Ross said in his Instagram Story.
"And then Kai Cenat — shout out to Kai Cenat — he kept it real," he continued. "Kai said that s**t was ass."
Ross' reaction to Drake shouldn't surprise those who've been watching their beef get worse since last year. For the unfamiliar, Drake targeted Ross in one of his diss tracks aimed at Kendrick Lamar last summer. Ross responded with "Champagne Moments" and has continued to clown Drizzy ever since. Before he reacted to Drake's music, Ross also fired back at Drake for claiming that he wears fake diamonds. In his viral interview with Bobbi Althoff, the Canadian artist sneak-dissed Ross after the podcaster said she "never seen someone ice Rosé."
“You’ve never seen someone ice Rosé..? Well talk to every jeweler in Miami that has fake diamonds," Drake said.
In response, Rick Ross declared that Kendrick Lamar gave Drake "an ass whooping" during their battle, and asserted Drizzy "wasn't ready for that." See what else he had to say below.
