On this edition of #MarioMondays, the soulful crooner hopped on Twitter to talk to his fans, release his latest song Bed Love, & explain the lyrics behind it.

#BedLove is about a Man who’s lusted without love so much that when love comes along his default is lust.He hopes to learn how to love her. We made sure the lyrics were real. Though it can seem a lil contradicting, it’s a honest place for a man to be at times. #bedlove #MarioMondays. This is precisely why I f^*%ing love Mario. Not only did he release two records titled Today and R.E.A.L.L.Y off his Truth Be Told mixtape (releasing in March), but he spoke about Valentine’s day and says what every female feels.

Mario linked up with his friend C.J Hilton for this nice lil’ thang titled She’s Not the One. If they both vocally sound this clean while the record is unfinished, I can only imagine how dope it’ll sound when it’s mastered down.

There he is! Mario, arguably one of the best R&B sangers in the current game, has been in the studio working hard on his album; unfortunately/fortunately this lil’ thang was leaked. Bad, because he’s not done with it – but great, because we’ve missed him! Very happy to hear his voice on a track.

“According to police, Mario’s mother Shawntia Hardaway — a former heroin addict — told cops the former “Dancing with the Stars” contestant had been “throwing and damaging property” … and pushed her around with his hands and forearms.

Cops say they found several broken items inside the apartment — including a broken china cabinet, a busted mirror and a hole in the closet door.

Mario’s mother also told police the 24-year-old singer had attacked her earlier in the week — in which he pushed her “eight feet into a living room wall, where Ms. Hardaway hit her head on the wall.”

Mario — real name Mario Dewar Bennett — was eventually arrested this morning for 2nd degree assault. He was released on $50,000 bond.”
