Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer filed an appeal against the Judges decision to hold la loca in jail with no bail. She was released this morning on $300,000 on bail – and must wear a SCRAM bracelet and stay away from alcohol and drugs (duh).
We’ll keep you updated as the plot thickens.
Loca Lohan was in court this morning for failing a court ordered drug screening – testing positive for cocaine and alcohol. Babygirl was cuffed up and taken straight to jail, no bail. She’ll be held in custody until an October 22nd hearing.
This judge isn’t playing this time around! They’re making a big fat example out of her. How much time behind bars do you think they’ll slap her with?
You read that right…Bruno Mars was busted for cocaine, too :(

T.I. isn’t the only celebrity who failed a drug screening test. Loca Lindsay confirmed on her twitter on Friday that she indeed didn’t pass her cocaine and alcohol drug test.

Lindsay Loca Lohan was released from jail this morning at around 1:35am, and was taken directly to UCLA Medical Center to begin a series of rehab treatments. She went from being sentenced to 90 days, to 23 days due to overpopulation, down to 12 days. Poor baby.
Loca Lindsay was sent to jail yesterday, June 20th and was sentenced to 90 days in jail – but because of overcrowding, she’ll only be serving 23 days.
Duh, we all saw it coming. Ok, now on to the next story…

Lindsay Loca Lohan is dressed as a nun for a part she plays in a movie titled Machete – working along side Jessica Alba, Robert De Niro and Michelle Rodriguez.
The movie’s release date was pushed back to September 3 because of her 90 day jail sentence, which she starts on July 20. Word on the streets is she goes topless in a scene, too.
