A Jay-Z show wouldn’t be complete with out a set from the business-maaaan himself, and that’s exactly what he did at the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art. A few minutes into his performance, President Obama crashed the party with an inspiring PSA to follow your dreams and urge the audience to vote.

He had more surprises up his sleeve though, Swizz Beatz, Young Gunz and Freeway all jumped on stage with Hov. Queen Bey didn’t perform, but she was seen roc-ing in the VIP.

Cool fact: Ron Howard and Brian Grazer filmed Jay’s Made in America festival yesterday for a film to be released in 2013.
