Full Audio Interview: @4everBrandy is in the Hood

Of course this is on hella repeat – it’s Monica and Brandy! Can you believe their last duo That Boy is Mine came out 14 years ago? Now the two amazing saaangers reunited for the Rico Love produced song, It All Belongs to Me which they have joint custody of. It’ll appear on Monica’s upcoming album New Life (April 3rd) and Brandy’s yet-to-be-titled 2012 album.

Sidenote: I use to pretend I was Brandy when That Boy is Mine came out. Since then, she’s been one of my fave saaangers.

Any time I see “New Music” next to “Brandy,” it excites me. One of the greatest saaangers just dropped this Kadis & Sean-produced R&B jewel titled Silent Night last night. Don’t be confused though, it’s not a Christmas cover – it’s an emotional love song. She tweeted:

“Now y’all know I don’t toot my own horn, but a b*tch SLAYED ‘silent night’ #cockymoment !! Lol”

Hell yeah. Her album drops sometime next month on RCA/Chameleon Records.

Brandy is BACK!!! Thank goodness. I love her. VH1 caught up with her for a docu-series titled On My Own, which focuses on what’s been going on in her life since she’s been m.i.a. She talks about the car accident she was involved in, her breakup with her ex-fiance and her last album not doing well.

I still think Brandy is one of thee best female R&B saaangers in the industry. Catch the trailer for her new show, below.

1. Brandy is an AMAZING singer.
2. I’ve missed her voice.

Timbaland’s Thursday’s presents: “808″ – Timbaland and Brandy.
I see where he’s trying to go with it. I would have rather heard more of Brandy on this track, though.

I’m just saying…I miss Brandy! Remember “That Boy is Mine” with Monica?! That was my ISH!!

A Scandinavian DJ by the name of Mysterio claims he gave Brandy $10,000 in June to complete 32 bars for one of his songs. She, allegedly, accepted the money and never wrote/recorded her part of the song. Now, Mysterio is claiming that he lost more that $25,000 from the deal.
